I am a experienced artist, willow sculpture, teacher, creative practitioner and project manager havein the creative industries for over 20 years

My projects management experience is varied and ranges from managing creative arts activities at festivals, running a variety of large scale community events through to coordinating and facilitating Winchester Lantern Festival 2014 I also hold the PTLLS teaching adults, and Training the Trainer

Experienced in Photoshop, and various web design packages.

Experienced at working with a wide range of materials, including printmaking, decoupage, paper mache, paint effects, textiles, crochet and willow

Creating a variety of artworks in acrylics, pen and ink mixed media.

I am very experiences about risk assessing/ managing and hold the IOSH Health and Safety – Managing Safely certificate , Emergency First Aid certificate and Project Management qualifications

i have been working with willow as a medium for many years , starting with using it to create willow lanterns i soon moved on to working with the materials to create a variety of sculptures , some are sculptural and follow the traditional format of birds and animals, more recently i have moved into

I provide creative workshops in a range of education environments ranging from libraries to museum, schools amd art centres My work ranges from teaching traditional crafts through to working on participatory art projects which link to the school sylabus.. For more details view www.jaxsarts.co.uk

I have exhibited my art work in Hampshire Arts week at The Grayladies Arts Centre Eastleigh, Pop Atelier Gallery Winchester,The Art House Southampton., Southampton International Women's month exhibition, ASPEX Guildhall Gallery Portsmouth and currently the Totton and Eling Arts Festival at Hanger Farm Arts Centre, Totton ( May 2015) www.jrolls.co.uk

I have provided craft activities/ workshops at a variety of festivals both small and medium size from local craft and community festivals to providing workshops at the Isle of Wight Festival and Endorset.

My own work practice is centered around creating a variety of artworks using acrylics paints and mixed media. I have been commissioned to create several artworks for private clients to display in their home and in work place receptions . more details can be found at www.jrolls.co.uk

I am a experienced project manager and have managed a variety of events from one day events through to long term engagement , examples range from planning community events through to large scale public events as co-oordinator for Winchester Lantern Parade 2013 and 2014

Face painting training. I offer a range of options starting with basic have a go sessions for families and young people, introductory half day sessions for beginners, follow on sessions for those wanting to learn some more techniques and bespoke sessions for organizations and community groups which also include health and safety and planning for events.

I offer a range of creative experiences for community groups as well as individuals to join in with these range from traditional crafts such as weaving, willow , printmaking and paper mache. Up cycling crafts jewellery,paper crafts,diy and textiles. Family workshops and school holiday craft days.
