Tiffany Aita is an independent metalsmith / jeweller with a passion for ethical and eco-friendly design, using recycled metals and ethically sourced materials in her jewellery art.

"I source inspiration back through ancient times and places to create beautiful designs that are kind to the earth. Jewellery is an extension of the wearer, and as such is a very personal thing, it has the power to showcase your unique style and personality. "

Tiffany comes from a family of creatives and was always encouraged to experiment and play with different materials from a young age. Her interest in jewellery was sparked when she used to rummage through her mother's jewellery box as a young child, fascinated by the colours and shapes of the sparkling treasures.

She has a deep love for nature and wildlife and is lucky enough to live on the Jurassic coast. All Aita jewellery has been handmade by Tiffany in her Bournemouth studio.

Invitation to Artists - Animal Theme

Here at the Fairground Craft & Design Centre Weyhill we are holding a Country Craft Fair the weekend of the 10th and 11th May. For the fortnight around that event we would like to host a Gallery exhibition of art work in all media, 2D and 3D on the theme 'All Things Animal'. There is no charge for this exhibition but we would take a commission on any sales. We are expecting a lot of extra visitors over that weekend so it is a good opportunity to put your work in front of an audience. We are also taking bookings from craft stallholders who would like to have a stall at this event. There is a charge for stallholders. As well as the All things Animal exhibition there will be rural craft demonstrators, a fun dog show, craft stalls, and a funfair during the course of the weekend. More details and booking forms can be obtained by email from [email protected],uk
