Relax your body and mind, with a journey of therapeutic Sound and Music. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow; get comfy, destress and recharge.
During the meditation I will play a variety of therapeutic instruments including: Venus Gong, Himalayan singing bowls, koshi chimes, frame drum, rattles and flutes.
Sound Therapy works on every cell of your body, bringing you into alignment and health through releasing toxins and replacing emotional stress with positive sound vibrations.

Children can enjoy some extra special hero fun at Brooks Shopping Centre as Catboy, Gekko and Owlette from Entertainment One’s (eOne) PJ Masks make an unmissable appearance at the free and fun-packed event. The PJ Masks will be soaring into Brooks Shopping Centre on 14th November 2019, appearing at Lower Level Shopping at 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
