Alternative Carpark at The Lounge Bar, Alton

The Lounge Bar c/o Alton Community Centre

GOODNESS! We have a cracking gig for you. Local Leviathans Alternative Carpark had a quieter 2017 and it's just not cricket- so we booked them for a night of remembering why they're so utterly revered. Supporting them are Throatpunch City - unpredictable rock with jaunty time signatures that confuse the waltzers amongst you. Sizzling Bonobos step up to entertain us all again (Alton's premier super group) and the first venture out for Growla: featuring members of the local grunge/rock scene.

Ashcroft Arts Centre

Inspired by the Horror movies of the 1950’s, ‘The Thing That Came From Over There’ is a fast-paced rollicking ride, mixing paranoia, suspense and hilariously gruesome deaths. It’s 1912, and as Scott and Amundsen begin their race across Antarctica, the hapless explorer, Captain Reginald Cranston Scott-t, has accidentally landed on the wrong side of the continent. Join three daring actors as they play over 15 roles in 85 minutes of shocks, spine tingling silliness, and blood curdling terror. With
