Multi media magazine at www.stpaulslifestyle.com with acclaimed studio and production services. Share mics with legends and rehearse and record with us in our studio near Southampton .

St Pauls Lifestyle inc OVERGROUND SOUND is the free, independent and ethical multi media magazine with the "influential" and "exciting" OVERGROUND SOUND - regarded as "vital for musicians".
We do this to support striving artists.
We are passionate about music and love comedy.
We do filmed sessions/ interviews/ films/ reviews/ features/ podcasts/ festival coverage on big and small names, signed and unsigned.

We have a studio at our premises where we can do full, live, and acoustic sessions as well as stand-up recording. We mix, edit and film.

We support new acts by interspersing their music with big features like sessions, interviews, reviews...we do not discriminate against genres.

Our multi media platform gives us additional vehicles to showcase unsigned bands' music and stand-ups' comedy.

We actively support self-management by musicians and comedians.

Rose Paul, founder, says, ”We believe in the power of music and know how tough it is for musicians to get started. The St Pauls Lifestyle magazine has grown exponentially and we work with high profile global musicians. But our fundamental purpose is to support striving artists, including those entering the industry. Those critical first demos, session films, recordings and photos are difficult to create when you are new to the industry.

We are delighted to now offer all musicians at whatever stage the expertise and commitment of our acclaimed in house recording, mixing and filming team. All work will be produced to the same high standard for which we are widely recognized. Just think – musicians working with us are ‘sharing mikes’ with the likes of Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine”. Angus Hamill-Stewart, Music Editor says “this offers people a really good tool for working their way into the music industry because you can’t make your way without good examples of you at your best”.
